Title´´´Masalla’ delblancoynegro```

The color of life, and if I love it I despite everything although I have reasons to see it in white
andblack. I paint and create through emotions with a lot of heart, that's why when I saw I could participate online with this theme, I didn't hesitate to subscribe. My work is based on current society, a society in decline dominated by the ego. Hence, I have created round figures on the back that represent the ego. The ego is our inner voice that tells us how to act and doesn't let us be ourselves. Hence comes envy, represented on the neck by the figure of the evil eye, the protection from bad energies. On the back, I have created a compass rose because of the bad direction we are headed. On the chest, I have created a yin and yang because we need more universal balance, and on the torso, the symbol of peace and love because we have a lack. On the abdomen there is a person with a blindfold on; we are blind to the present, always stressed—hence the meaning of the clock below the person. The sunflower symbolizes love, admiration, happiness, vitality, and loyalty. The black and white chessboard is the title of my work, "Beyond Black and White." That's why life is beautiful with lots of color, and that's how I see it.
